Can I download work manager immediately?
Work Manager is only available to order on CD, however, if you contact us leaving your name and email, alternative download arrangements can be made.

What are the Microsoft programs which install with Work Manager?
The Microsoft programs are used in order to run Work Manager.  The programs maintain the framework of Work Manager, so that when you enter information, Work Manager can record it.

What credit cards are accepted?
All the major credit cards

Can I pay by cheque?
No, we only accept credit cards and paypal payments

How long does delivery take?
Please allow 15 working days for delivery.  However, if your copy of Work Manager does not arrive within one week, please email us so that we can confirm that your order has been processed.

Can I return Work Manager and get a refund?
No returns are accepted unless the product is found to be faulty.  In this case, if the fault is reported within 28 days of your purchase, then we will try to fix the problem.  If we cannot fix the problem, then you will of course be awarded a full refund.
